How we verify guides
A guide is only useful if it matches the build you are playing. This page explains what verified on patch X actually commits us to.
The rules
- Every page carries a patch stamp. If a guide says patch 1.4.1, it was checked against 1.4.1. When a patch lands, pages that were not re-checked get a visible warning rather than silently rotting.
- No scraping, no rewriting. Nothing here is spun from another site's walkthrough. Where we rely on external reporting (a developer's known-issues post, for example) we link it in the Sources block at the bottom of the page.
- Unconfirmed is written as a question. If we could not reproduce something, it is labelled as untested instead of being presented as fact.
- Spoilers are contained. Anything past the first hour of a game sits behind a labelled block so it never shows in the preview text.
Corrections
Find something wrong? Email corrections with the game, the page and the patch you are on. Confirmed errors are fixed the same day and the correction is noted on the page.
Advertising and paid guides
Paid guides are written by the same people who write free ones; the split is depth, not honesty. We do not accept payment for placement, we do not publish affiliate links without labelling them, and a sponsored note never changes a verdict.
About this site
Static pages, no accounts, no tracking of individual readers. Pages are pre-generated at build time, which is why they load fast on a phone on mobile data.
